One of the hobbyhorses of the management of any shopping mall or centre is the empty premises. They detract from the attractiveness and profitability of the mall and have a pernicious effect on those that are open and on the customer's shopping experience.

We created a project to improve the commercial attraction of the empty outlets with a new creative focus: To treat each vacant outlet with the principles of visual merchandising, in which the space is itself the product. The aim is that anyone passing through the mall will be attracted by that outlet, will be able to access the contact details and the basic information such as the floor space and the plans.

In addition, with this project we have succeeded in strengthening the new positioning and image of the Plaza Éboli shopping mall.
