Remit: to design a concept in jewellery aimed at creating a trend in the world of fashion.

It all started in Easter 2009 when Cinthya Nicolas, project promoter belonging to the third generation of the Nicols family of jewellers, excitedly told me what she had in mind: to open a concept of jewellery aimed at setting a trend in the fashion world.

The innovation of this project goes hand in hand with supply and delivery, i.e. what we sell to whom we sell it  and how we make the customer feel when she buys our products. The international expression and name of the firm, OhmyGOd,  acted as an internal guide for the design and decision making.

One of the objectives was to visually take the store out on the street, getting customers to focus their attention on and clearly see each of the point of sale areas. To do this, we created a window display that completely opens up to the interior, and designing a very striking floor as one of the key elements relating to corporate image.

The right-hand side wall is designed to present the new product range. The central area is composed of an illuminated company light and some display tables at a range of different heights. The left-hand side wall is used for the most valuable products. Presiding over the till area and giving personality to the store is a portrait of Patricia Nicolas, who is the brand's creative director.
