End-to-end and customised design of a brand new concept in the world of pharmacies.

The S’ana trademark comes from Ana, the name of the head pharmacist and of the natural approach to the project. We focused on conveying one of the pharmacy’s distinguishing features, the affection and love with which Ana serves customers.

Health from the heart, that’s the idea behind the branding, design and product presentation concepts. The handwritten signs gives us an idea of the personalised attention you will find inside. We always say that the entrance to sales premises should be treated as if it were a sensation. A heart-shaped display unit welcomes you and presents seasonal products, new items or promotions.

We used natural wood, Lebanon cedar and white ash. We even chose and pruned a tree from a friend’s farm to create a “happening area” on a table of 2 metres in diameter and the tree in the centre. Another prominent area is the space devoted to dermo-cosmetics, an “island” inspired by market stalls. The wellness wall is topped by figures of inverted hearts, and the symbols that cover the counter give an oriental and friendly touch to the whole space. Finally, medicines are presented inside a big heart.
