SantaCruz Pharmacy, the Periodic Table

Project awarded in 2013 to first place in the prestigious international competition that is held annually in New York the Retail Design Institute.
SantaCruz Pharmacy, “A healthy world”: A 300 m2 Pharmacy organised into categories, where self-service shopping is very easy and pleasant. This is the new brand and pharmacy concept created by MARKETING-JAZZ for the Elsa Acosta Licensed Pharmacy in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
The pharmacy is divided into areas, according to the products being sold, the desired shopping experience and the brand positioning.
Special care has been taken to ensure that customer traffic flows and covers the whole pharmacy. There are waiting areas for the elderly next to the counters, where they can be served without having to get out of their seat, with the SantaCruz pharmacy staff doing their “health shop” for them.
Every product is organised into categories and, to facilitate the identification of products, lamps/bags have been designed with the name of the category, thus making it very easy for the customer to shop alone. What a surprise when you stop in front of the counter and discover that the medications are presented on a large periodic table! This immediately brings out a smile, something which definitely makes the shopping experience memorable.
An area specialising in dermo-cosmetics containing a “make-up bar” where technology is used to provide the customer with an analysis of their skin and the most suitable combination of cosmetic products. An impeccable multi-brand presentation using crafted frame mouldings and natural stones reinforces the impression of a high-quality product. Farmacia SantaCruz, a healthy world.
